印花機原理：

??熱轉移印花機是近幾年來(lái)國際上逐漸興起的一種印染新工藝。首先，用高級印刷技術(shù)將特殊的印染（水性或者油性），把所有需要的花色圖案印刷到特種的紙上，制成帶有各種花式的轉移印花紙，然后在轉移印花機上，將轉移印花紙上印有圖案的一面與被印織物密合后，通過(guò)熱和壓力的作用，使用花紙的染料產(chǎn)生升華作用，轉移到被印織物上，在被印織物上形成所需的各種圖案。

Transfer printing is a kind of new technology which gradually rising up wordwide in recent several years.First,For making the transfer printing paper of kinds of patterns,print the required patterns onto the special paper with special dye(watersoluble?or?oil soluble)by advanced printing technology.Anadthen,on the transfer printing machine,close the pattern printed side of the transfer printing paper with the textile which will be printed,through the action of heat and pressure,induce the sublimation of the dye which absorbed by the printing paper,so the dye is transferred to the texfile be printed,kinds of required patterns are formed on the prnted textile.
